About the Service

How does Fittedtot work?

It’s easy and fun to get stared with Fittedtot! Simply complete a quick quiz to create a style profile for your tot. Your personal Tot Stylist will then handpick 5 to 8 pieces of clothing and accessories based on your child’s style profile. You will be charged a styling fee of $20 per box.

Once your Fittedtot box arrives, enjoy the experience of unboxing and trying on adorable boutique outfits with your child in the comfort of your own home. Keep only what you like, and send back the rest in the prepaid envelope included with your order. If you keep two or more items, the $20 styling fee will be applied to your order.

How often will I receive a Fittedtot box?

Once per month for as long as you are an active subscriber. After your initial sign up, you will receive your first box within two weeks.

Boys and girls who wear sizes 3m to 5T.

What brands does Fittedtot carry?

We feature many high-quality children’s boutique brands including Tea, Kapital K, Le Top, Design History, Egg by Susan Lazar, and Joules — to name a few.

Pricing & Payment

What is the average price per item?

The average price per item is $30, and the average cost for the whole box is $180. If you choose to purchase everything in your box, however, you will receive a 15% discount on your entire order!

Can the styling fee be applied to the next month if I choose not to keep anything?

The styling fee can only be applied to the current box and does not roll over to the next shipment. Styling fees are non-refundable.

When will my credit card be charged?

When you sign up for Fittedtot, you will be charged for your first $20 styling fee. This fee will automatically be charged each month for as long as you are an active subscriber to Fittedtot.

Once you receive your first box, you will have five business days to try on the outfits and return any items you do not wish to keep in the included prepaid return envelope. Your credit card will be charged on the seventh business day after delivery, or once your return package is received if you’ve chosen to keep some items.

Returns & Exchanges

How do returns work?

You will have five business days to try on the outfits. Any items that you do not wish to keep can be easily returned in the prepaid return envelope included in your box. Your credit card will be charged on the seventh business day after delivery, or once your return package is received if you’ve chosen to keep some items.

Any returns received after the seven business day period will be returned for Fittedtot credit. All returns must still be in new condition with tags attached.

What if I love an item but it doesn’t fit?

Send an email to cs@fittedtot.com requesting the item in a different size. If we have the item available, we will send it to you right away at no additional shipping cost. However, you will not be able to return this item.

General Customer Service

Can I make changes to my child’s style profile in the future?

Yes. Once your subscription has been activated, a Fittedtot Account will automatically be generated for you and you will receive an email with account log in credentials. With your account, you will be able to manage various details including making changes to your child’s Style Profile. You will also be able to change your password, view the status of your subscription, see a record of your monthly deliveries, and update billing/mailing information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Fittedtot Account and click on the ‘Subscription Details’ tab. Once there, click ‘View’ to view or edit details of your subscription. At the top of the page will be a summary of your service status with the option to ‘Cancel’ your service. Please note: You will need to cancel your service at least 5 days prior to your renewal date.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Currently, we are only able to ship within the United States.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! To share the Fittedtot experience with someone special, simply purchase a gift card and it will be emailed directly to them. Visit our Gift Cards page to learn more.
